A Therapist. An Educator. A Guide.
For more than three decades, Debbi has dedicated her life's work to helping people pursue healthier, more meaningful lives. Her career began in exercise science and corporate wellness before leading her to counseling psychology, where she discovered her passion for helping individuals heal not only the body, but also the mind, nervous system, and spirit.
Today, Debbi integrates evidence-based EMDR, somatic embodiment, and nervous system-informed practices to create immersive retreat experiences that help participants move from burden to gift—restoring identity, reconnecting with inner wisdom, and living from the strengths revealed through life's challenges.
Known for her compassionate presence and practical approach, Debbi believes that lasting transformation occurs when people feel safe enough to release what no longer serves them and embrace the wisdom that has emerged through life's experiences.
Within Texas, retreat experiences are provided under Debbi's counseling license. Outside Texas, she serves as a Growth Coach, drawing on decades of experience in health, wellness, trauma recovery, and personal development.
The Vision
What inspired me to create SOULI™?
For years, I have sat with individuals carrying burdens that weighed on their hearts, minds, relationships, and sense of self. Some burdens were born from trauma. Others emerged quietly through years of learned beliefs, protective patterns, and life experiences. Yet they all shared one thing in common: they pulled people away from the present moment and from the truth of who they are.
As clients repeatedly asked me to create a retreat, and as I witnessed the profound transformation that can unfold through immersive healing experiences, a vision began to take shape.
SOULI™ was created as a place where burdens can be gently laid down, where the wisdom hidden within life's challenges can be revealed, and where individuals can reconnect with the "I" within their soul.
My hope is that each person leaves carrying less of the burden and more of the gift it was always meant to reveal.
