SOULI Intensives

SOULI Small Group Intensives are intimate transformational experiences created to help you explore a burden you are carrying, discover the gift beneath it, and embody that gift in your life.

Each intensive offers a focused experience of the SOULI methodology:

In a thoughtfully guided small-group setting, you will experience meaningful reflection, evidence-based practices, an EMDR-based group experience, somatic embodiment, grounding practices, breathwork, and authentic connection.

Alongside Your Therapy

SOULI™ Intensives are designed to complement and enhance existing therapy and mental health practices.

For participants already working with a therapist, the intensive can provide an additional opportunity for reflection, growth, and integration while supporting the therapeutic work already underway.

SOULI™ respects existing therapeutic relationships and encourages continued connection with current providers. SOULI™ supports and encourages continuity of care.
